- To maintain low entry fees and provide meaningful awards, certificates, ribbons, refreshments, and
more for the exhibitors. - To award savings bonds to the top 2 students in our five grade divisions as we have previously
done through sponsorship since 2002. - Your help provides a program for the participating families and the general public who come to view
the exhibit, as well as for materials needed by our judges. - Sponsorship also helps cover the overhead costs of hosting this science fair, such as registration,
resource information, confirmation packets, forms, signs, check-in material, & building related costs.
As you can see, your assistance is needed to make this the best fair experience for our exhibitors.
There are 4 levels of Sponsorship:
Methods of Recognition for Sponsors:
- Platinum Sponsors - Donation of $200 or more
- Gold Sponsors - Donation of $100 - $199
- Silver Sponsors - Donation of $50 - $99
- Special Donors - Donation of $20 - $49
Methods of Recognition for Sponsors:
- Event Program - Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors are recognized by their color logo displayed
on the back of our program by level of sponsorship and amount donated. We use appropriate
artwork to accompany individual donations that fall into this category. Listed first with larger logos
are Platinum Sponsors followed by Gold, then Silver. Special Donors are listed inside our program

vision of coming along side us to help provide what is needed to honor our exhibitors and judges!
All the great planning in the world cannot get the job done when there are no funds to use. We are
about excellence and continuing to achieve what we have done and to improve each year. This
also would not be possible without continued financial support from our community. - A very big and humble THANK YOU to all who sacrificed their money to help us achiever our goals!
- $600.00 Raised in 2009! - Business sponsors have been few in recent years. We need someone
with vision for our event to spearhead fund raising, but in the meantime, God is so good! - We had more individuals than ever and the most money ever raised by individuals.

- $450.00 Raised in 2008! - Last year come the day of the fair, we did not have any money available
for the savings bonds that since 2002 we have awarded to our Grand and Reserve Champions in
each grade group. We did not think we should be taking a step backward, so we decided to take an
offering from the families who had exhibitors in the fair prior to judging. We put out a jar and after
lunch we had exactly the amount needed to buy the bonds!! God does provide, we just need to ask!!
